Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Orders may be cancelled due to:

• Pricing errors

• Payment authorization issues

• Fraud prevention

Payments

Payments are processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers.

The 420 Place does not store complete payment card information.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Ensure someone 19 years or older accepts deliveries.

• Present valid government-issued photo identification when requested.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins.

Once processing or delivery has commenced, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact The 420 Place directly regarding any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
