Pickup & Delivery Policy

In-Store Pickup
Orders are typically prepared within 30 to 60 minutes during business hours.
Customers will receive notification when their order is ready.
Valid government-issued photo identification matching the purchaser's name must be presented when collecting the order.
Orders not picked up within 48 hours may be cancelled at our discretion.
Delivery Service
The 420 Place offers delivery only within authorized service areas in Ontario.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or high order volumes.
Age Verification
Customers receiving deliveries must:
Be at least 19 years of age.
Present valid government-issued photo identification.
Personally accept the delivery.
Orders cannot be left unattended.
Failed Deliveries
Delivery may be cancelled if:
Age cannot be verified.
Valid identification is not presented.
No eligible recipient is available.
Delivery cannot be completed safely.
Additional delivery charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
Missing or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 24 hours if:
An item is missing.
Incorrect products were received.
Your delivery was not completed.
Our team will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
